On the national and particularly the international market, we are faced with increasingly strong competition. This is why striving for quality has become a fixed company goal for AWS.

Quality management at all company levels is more than a necessary instrument for us. It ensures a constant and reproducible quality across all company areas. For years we have worked in accordance with the quality management guidelines which are essentially based on the DIN EN ISO 9000 et seqq series of standards. The structure of this handbook primarily corresponds to the norm DIN EN ISO 9001.

Systematic quality testing is carried out throughout the entire company from the receipt of goods to the dispatch of the products. During the final testing the latest measuring methods (including 3D measuring machines) are used to test and record that the quality required is reached.

As people also play an important role in quality checks, we attach great importance to the personal and professional development of all employees. Our employees are our strength, their commitment and cooperation are the prerequisite for our performance.

Our customers' satisfaction is the measure of all things for us. Our level of quality is reflected in the satisfaction of our customers. We continuously strive to maintain and improve this.
