QUALITY IS NOT A LUXURY FOR US, BUT ONE OF THE CENTRAL CORPORATE GOALS

We see ourselves exposed to ever-increasing quality competition on national, but especially on international markets. For this reason, the pursuit of quality has become a firm corporate goal for AWS.

Quality management at all levels of the company is therefore more than a necessary tool for us. It ensures consistent and reproducible quality across all areas of the company. For years, we have been working according to a quality management guideline, which is basically based on the DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. series of standards. The structure of this manual corresponds primarily to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard. 

Systematic quality inspections are carried out throughout the company, from the receipt of goods to the delivery of products. Not least in the final inspection, the achievement of the required quality is checked and documented using the latest measuring methods (including a 3D measuring machine).

 

Since people play an important role in quality control, we attach great importance to the personal and professional development of all employees. Our employees are our strength, and their commitment and cooperation are the prerequisite for our performance. 

The satisfaction of our customers is the measure of all things for us. Our level of quality is reflected in customer satisfaction. To maintain and improve this is our constant endeavor.
